My Story

My journey into coaching began with a desire to empower women in technology—a field I was deeply passionate about. Early in my career, I recognised the significant gap in female representation within the industry. Determined to make a difference, I became a STEM Ambassador, working with young people to inspire and raise awareness about careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM).

I partnered with universities to mentor female computer science students, offering work placements and guidance to encourage course retention and bridge the gap between education and industry. I also founded #girlcode, a free coding club for girls aged 8-14, which ran in local libraries, providing young learners with hands-on experience and confidence in technology.

Over time, these initiatives naturally developed into in-work mentorship programmes, where I supported professionals navigating career development and workplace challenges. Helping individuals build their confidence, overcome obstacles, and unlock their potential became the most rewarding part of my work—and ultimately led me to pursue formal training as a coach.

Today, as an executive and life coach, I bring this same passion for empowerment to my clients. With over 20 years of professional experience in fast-paced industries, I combine my expertise in managing teams and driving growth with a compassionate, results-focused coaching approach. I’m here to help you explore new possibilities, gain clarity, and take action towards a more fulfilling career and life.
